Partner Connections
Maximize your event presence with dedicated time to meet attendees one-on-one. Partner Connections allows you to schedule focused, 20-minute meetings with qualified prospects during the event.
How it works:
- Set your availability and meeting preferences
- Attendees can schedule appointments directly with your team
- Meet in the exhibit hall during a designated time, away from the normal conference traffic
Why participate:
Move beyond booth conversations and trade show noise. Partner Connections gives you quality time with attendees who are genuinely interested in your solutions. These pre-scheduled meetings mean you're connecting with people who want to have real discussions about their needs.
Use these sessions to provide personalized demos, discuss specific use cases, or explore potential partnerships. You control your schedule and can focus on the conversations that matter most to your business.
More information coming soon to exhibitors who register and opt in while completing their registration

Only Vendor Partners are eligible to exhibit at Heartland. If you are a Vendor Partner and have not received an invitation, you may have been placed on a waitlist. No. Exhibiting at Heartland is limited to Vendor Partners. If you are interested in becoming a Vendor Partner, please visit Prospective Vendors for more information.
To make updates to your booth registration — such as adjusting equipment rentals or adding sponsorships — log back into your registration using the confirmation link sent to your email and submit your changes. All modifications must be completed by May 15, 2026.
Booth registration includes exhibit space based on your selected booth size, pipe and drape, carpet, and a set number of complimentary booth attendee badges determined by booth size.
Booth numbers and locations will be assigned and sent out after Booth Registration closes and all booths have been registered, including any we can add from the waitlist. We anticipate sending those out in late April.
During registration, a form is provided to add a group to your registration. Click the button to add a group, then add each users name and email before proceeding to the next registration page.
Invited users will be sent an email invite to your group, and a limited registration form which includes things like dietary/accessibility needs, activity preferences, etc. Booth attendants are encouraged to complete this form quickly to ensure activities aren't at capacity during registration.
