With a lifelong career in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry, I bring a unique depth of experience and proven results to every client I serve. My journey began at just 22 years old, when I was given full P&L responsibility at LinCare—a foundational experience that shaped my commitment to operational excellence.

I later transitioned to the skilled nursing facility (SNF) segment, where I co-founded one of the first respiratory therapy delivery models designed specifically for SNFs. This pioneering work laid the groundwork for new standards in care and efficiency within post-acute settings.

I have scratch started and sold two DME companies and distributed various healthcare ancillary products to Physicians and DME companies.

For the past 15 years, I’ve served as a trusted advisor to health system and independently owned DME companies through my firm, Healthcare Efficiency Associates. I’ve consistently delivered measurable improvements in operational performance, profitability, and patient outcomes—with 100% client satisfaction. I have consulted for Mercy, Sutter Health, BJC, the University of Maryland and many other health systems who employ post acute service lines.
