Trevor joined Trace Medical in 2025 following leadership roles at DaVita Kidney Care in operations and business development. He has led the launch of new dialysis care sites — from initial FP&A through CMS certification — across all acute and outpatient modalities, including transitional care. Trevor has also led acquisitions and built value-based entities for CKD and ESRD populations. By prioritizing trust and credibility, many of his initiatives became joint ventures with community nephrologists, hospitals, and academic medical centers. His career started in the US Army, and includes degrees from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Georgetown University.
