Tiffanie Robinson joined Hart Medical Equipment in June 2015 as Billing Supervisor and was subsequently promoted to Billing Manager and Director of Reimbursement in March 2018. She possesses over two decades of experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors, with a focused expertise in billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. Sixteen of those years have been dedicated to the durable medical equipment (DME) industry.

In her current role, Tiffanie leads a department of over 100 professionals spanning both domestic and offshore operations. She is responsible for the organization’s comprehensive reimbursement functions, including claims processing, denial management, payer contracting, compliance, and payment optimization. Under her leadership, Hart Medical Equipment has achieved record-setting collection rates, reduced the cost to collect, and significantly improved recovery of patient-responsible balances.

Tiffanie is widely regarded for her strategic acumen, principled leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. Her contributions have played a critical role in advancing Hart’s financial performance and reinforcing its position as an industry leader in reimbursement practices.
