Prior to joining Brightree, Noel held executive leadership roles at Datavant, AdaptHealth, and M*Modal, where he led large-scale world-wide teams, spearheaded technology-driven process improvements, and delivered measurable results in revenue optimization. In his most recent role at Ciox Health, Noel managed global operations for a team of over 5,000 members, achieving notable improvements in efficiency, client satisfaction, and team engagement. His ability to integrate onshore and offshore teams has proven instrumental in achieving cost reductions, operational excellence, and quality improvements. Noel is passionate about leveraging technology and innovative best practices to enhance the patient and provider experience while ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
