Tony Ross is a product and marketing manager with 25 years of experience in the Obstructive Sleep Apnea industry. With a strong background in patient adherence and software development, he has successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer needs.


Tony began his career at Philips Respironics, where he led North America marketing activities for their Sleep and Respiratory Care Services portfolio. In this capacity, he was responsible for all downstream marketing processes and activities supporting sales growth of the portfolio in the region. From there, Tony spent time at Apria Healthcare where he led the revitalization efforts to increase patient adherence to PAP therapy.


Currently, at SleepRes, Tony is a Product Manager over their cloud platform, focusing on PAP adherence and KPAP device focused on patient comfort. Tony oversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Tony’s approach can be characterized as user-centered design.


Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
