The current administration is focused on reducing fraud, waste, and abuse and the result is an increase in audit activity. The RAC is back and audit volumes are increasing causing issues for suppliers. This session will provide a detailed overview of what the current audit landscape looks like as well as what is anticipated for the remainder of the year. That includes a summary of the products and services currently under review and relevant error rates. Lastly, this presentation will provide an overview of what we anticipate to occur with audits in the future, including potential UPIC reforms occurring in 2027.
