Janaka Dias is a healthcare executive with expertise in finance, operations, and business development. He has driven significant improvements in both large healthcare systems and private equity-backed ventures.

As the Director of Home Medical Equipment and Business Development at BJC HealthCare, Janaka transformed the division, earning the "Team of the Year" award in 2023. He developed clinical programs that boosted revenue and optimized vendor relationships for cost savings.

Previously, Janaka was the Business Director for Cardiothoracic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine, overseeing financial, clinical, and operational aspects.

At Kindred Rehabilitation Services, Janaka served as Chief Information Officer & Lean Leader, leading a reorganization across 2,600 sites, saving $10 million annually and improving patient outcomes.

He also spent 11 years at PepsiCo in various finance roles, optimizing supply chains and leading new product initiatives.

Janaka holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
