Motivated by a childhood friend with special needs, Polley started Cubby to bring safe sleep to families who are worried and suffering - meeting them where they are with empathetic support, digital workflows, and accessible design. Prior to founding Cubby, Polley helped scale SendGrid’s enterprise communications platform, working with companies like Uber and Spotify through its $3B acquisition by Twilio. A lifelong entrepreneur, he built a six-figure business before graduating from high school and studied business and economics at the University of Waterloo. He lives in Denver and enjoys biking, snowboarding, and anything outdoors.
