Jordan Kettner is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in retail, supply chain, and operations management.  Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at VGM Fulfillment, Jordan leads the Operational Excellence and Field Operations Teams. His previous roles include Vice President of Warehouse Operations at Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company and various leadership positions at Target Corporation, culminating as the Vice President of Field Supply Chain where he managed multi-site operations in direct-to-store, direct-to-guest (fulfilment), and led Target's largest import warehouse.  Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications from the University of Northern Iowa. With extensive experience leading both single and multi-site operations at Fortune 30 and mid-sized companies, Jordan has a proven track record of transforming underperforming retail stores, distribution centers, and eCommerce facilities into Best-in-Class operations. His success is driven by a commitment to investing in people, leveraging continuous improvement (lean) concepts, and fostering accountability. Throughout his career, Jordan has demonstrated an exceptional ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals, challenge long-standing practices, and find innovative solutions to complex problems. By identifying key performance gaps at an enterprise level, Jordan uses data, analytics, and advanced problem-solving techniques to enhance operational excellence, reduce costs, and increase profitability. When not at work, Jordan serves on the board of the Northeast Iowa Food Bank and is active in coaching travel basketball and soccer. Jordan and his wife Marisa have two sons, and as a family, they enjoy golfing together, spending time outdoors, and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines.
