Mike DiMarco is the Vice President of Operations Excellence at VGM Fulfillment. With a strong background of 14 years in supply chain and operations management.  Within VGM Fulfillment, Mike has core responsibilities within Supply Chain Management, Operations Excellence, and Safety.  Mike plays a pivotal role in enhancing their operational efficiency and effectiveness. His previous experience includes various roles in supply chain and operational management within Target Corporation.  Mike holds a bachelor’s degree of Sociology, Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt certifications from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition to his professional achievements, Mike is known for his collaborative approach and his ability to mentor and develop his team. Mike's leadership is characterized by a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on achieving operational excellence. Outside of work, you can find Mike spending time outside, cooking and attempting new recipes, and attending sporting events. Most importantly, Mike enjoys experiencing life with his wife Holly and their young family of two sons and their one daughter.
