Sara Sladky is the Director of Employee Engagement at The Accel Group. Before working at The Accel Group, she spent 6+ years in the nonprofit sector before moving into Human Resources and Employee Engagement roles. Sara works alongside our Senior Leadership and Leadership Teams and oversees many of the company’s initiatives, from recruiting and onboarding to DEI and employee recognition. She is motivated to create a culture where communication, honesty, trust, and accountability can thrive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. She’s always ready to travel to a National Park, spend time on house projects, hang out with family and friends, and try new restaurants (which she will happily send your recommendations upon request).
