Ashley Detterbeck is the Regional Clinical Education Manager for Permobil, serving the Upper Midwest region. Since joining Permobil in 2017, Ashley has leveraged her expertise in wheeled mobility—previously leading the Wheeled Mobility Clinic at Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI.
Ashley is an active member of the Clinician Task Force, where she has contributed to advocacy efforts for CMS coverage of standing and seat elevation, and has published research supporting power standing mobility. She collaborates closely with NCART to advance coverage for standing power mobility and power seat elevation with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Ashley is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Neurology Section and the Assistive Technology Special Interest Group.
