Lisa Wells is Interim Chief Operating Officer at Med-South, Inc. & Affiliates, bringing over two decades of experience in the home medical equipment industry.

A strong advocate for mentorship and workforce development, Lisa is passionate about growing the next generation of leaders in HME. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and payer landscape.
