Harold has been a Respiratory Therapist for over 40 years. He served as Executive Vice President of Clinical and Compliance Services for a large regional company, overseeing all compliance areas across 54 locations. After the company's sale in 2000, he was contracted with VGM as their Respiratory Specialist. He also consulted on business development and accreditation preparedness for HME companies and Sleep Laboratories nationwide. He joined HQAA in 2008 as a Contracted Field Surveyor. In December 2022, HQAA named him Director of Survey Services. He oversees all surveyors and has helped develop educational resources for surveyors, internal staff, and those accredited by HQAA or seeking accreditation. He and his wife own Sleep Centers of Arkansas in Searcy, AR.
