Ann Thomas is the Director of Learning & Development and Emerging Technology Education at VGM. She holds a master’s degree in Education and Informational Resources, a graduate-level Computer Science endorsement, two undergraduate degrees in Education, and a minor in U.S. and World History. In addition to her academic background, Ann has earned certifications as a Microsoft Innovative Educator, Google Gemini AI specialist, and in Civic and Online Reasoning from Stanford University. She also holds credentials in Agile Leadership from the Scrum Alliance and Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program. Ann is a certified Insights Discovery practitioner and a Gallup Global Coaching professional.
Her work focuses on professional development and strategic planning to help organizations achieve their goals for employee retention and growth. She is passionate about designing differentiated, targeted learning experiences that advance skills, close gaps, and foster authentic cultures of learning.
