Paul DiMarco is retired from VGM Group, most recently serving as Vice President, Organizational Development. In that role, Paul strategized employee and organizational development plans with the various VGM business units as well as presenting and facilitating development programs. Paul holds certifications and credentials in multiple development programs/disciplines: He is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Paul and his wife, Lynda, live in Waverly, IA and have two sons and three grandchildren. Paul enjoys travel, figuring out the nuances of smoking meat and grilling in general, and creating outdoor adventures.
