Ann Thomas is the Manager of Learning and Development at VGM. She holds a master's degree in education and informational resources, a graduate level computer science endorsement, two undergraduate degrees both of which are in education, and a minor in United States and world history. In addition to her formal education, she also holds Certifications from Microsoft as an Innovative Educator, Google Gemini AI, Civic and Online Reasoning from Stanford University, Agile Leadership from the Scrum Alliance and Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program. She is a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery and has her Gallup global coaching certification. Her focus is on professional development and strategic planning to help businesses achieve their goals for employee retention and development. She is passionate about providing differentiated and targeted educational experiences which advances employee’s skills, addressing skills gaps, and building a true culture of learning at VGM.
