Since early in her college career, Brooke knew that she needed to find a career that combined her passion for people and culture. That passion led her to achieve her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and focus her career around helping leaders build healthy organizational cultures. Outside of her role at VGM Group, Brooke consults on local city council initiatives, workforce advisory committees, and sits on the board of a local non-profit Inclusion Connection.
