Bronchiectasis is one of the leading comorbidities of patients living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, advanced neuromuscular disease and spinal cord injury patients living on mechanical ventilators. Proper treatment of this condition leads to decreased unplanned medical encounters and improves the patient's quality of life.
