Denials for complex rehab equipment have plagued the industry for years; and navigating the maze of getting the denial overturned and approved has long been a headache for equipment suppliers and clinicians alike. Denials take extra time for the billing department, the ATP, and the clinician; and extra time leads to extra cost. In this interactive course we will focus on working through the denials based on what you the audience have seen. We will ask the question is the denial valid, talk through how to proceed with appeals and when to leverage evidence-based research and clinical input.
